I have the tendency to go out in public looking all disheveled. I hardly ever wear makeup, and I just let my hair go whatever way it wants to, and by the end of the day it's pulled back into a messy half pony tail.
I know I don't get to use heat products on my hair anymore, but I still can look somewhat presentable. I must admit the reason I put my hair in a pony tail is because when I play the piano I have issues with my hair getting into my eyes, so I really can't avoid this.
It is not uncommon to see me with a pony tail holder attached to a button on my shirt or a hair clip or two clipped to my shirt for emergency piano situations. I guess that just adds to my disheveled look.
So I will do the best I can with my hair, but I can help myself look a little fresher by not letting myself go out without wearing makeup. Now you'll never see me wearing a lot of makeup. I really like a somewhat natural look, but I think even just a little makeup can go a long way.
