Day 32- Smile




The other day I was sitting at the piano playing an arrangement of the song 'Smile'. I began to think about how we just don't smile enough in this world. We shouldn't just smile when we're happy. It's when we are feeling down that we should smile. That's when it's the most important.

Smiling can have many benefits in our lives. If you smile it can lighten your mood. It can also lighten the mood of others around you. If someone comes into a room and you have a smile on your face they may wonder what your up to, but they may also smile too. After all smiling is contagious. Smiling can help release stress, and it can also help you to be more attractive (who wants to look at a face that's constantly scowling, that's not attractive). Smiling is just a good thing. When you smile it makes you happier, and when you're happy you feel healthier.

So my task for today is to smile more often, not just when I'm happy, but when I may be feeling depressed or stressed. So, remember if life is getting you down, just smile.
