Day 159- Go to Bed Earlier

It's great that I'm going to bed at the same time every night, and I'm getting in my eight hours of sleep, but I really feel like I should be going to bed earlier.

I feel I stay up too late at night, and since I've been getting in my eight hours of sleep, I've been getting up in the morning later than I want. I end up not getting everything done in the morning I want to get done before going into work.

I think I should really be going to bed when my body tells me it's time to go to bed, and that's probably an hour earlier than I go to sleep right now. I have actually been doing pretty well with my sleep. I have never slept better.

So this is just the final step in this part of my journey. I have completed this area of my many tasks I have planned throughout the year, and that actually feels pretty good to have that sense of accomplishment.
