I have decided that I need to work on my vegging out skills. I tend to do a lot of multi-tasking when I'm at home 'relaxing'. I'm on the computer while at the same time watching TV.
A lot of times when I am doing my multi-tasking I miss half of the show I'm watching on TV. So not only does my multi-tasking not work, but I'm also wasting electricity, because I'm not paying attention to the TV.
So a couple hours before bed I will turn off the computer, and spend the rest of the night relaxing instead of multi-tasking. It is said that you should turn the TV and your computer off a couple of hours before bed anyway. Hopefully this will work out well, and I won't go through too much withdrawal.
