I can never find an easy solution when it comes to lunch. Lunch is my most ignored meal of the day. It used to be breakfast, but since I added breakfast to my blog I don't worry about that one anymore.
I never plan out my lunches very well. Sometimes I don't even have lunch and then what happens is I get hungry and I'm more tempted to munch on things that are bad for me. I admit I have been munching on healthier things lately, but just because it's healthy doesn't mean I can't go overboard with the healthy items too.
So I decided my solution for a lunch would be to plan it in advance. Today we went grocery shopping and I made sure I didn't forget to get my lunch supplies. My husband always packs his lunch after we eat supper so I thought I would do the same; that way I won't have the excuse that I'm in too much of a hurry to make lunch.
Hopefully this will be another meal I can conquer. I don't need a big lunch, but I do need something to get me through the day.
