The weather is getting warmer and it's that time of year where you can go outside and not want to immediately run inside right away. I think the winter is finally over. So I thought I'd spend a little time outside in the sun getting that ever so important vitamin D.
The key is moderation. Getting too much sun can be harmful, so I don't want to go overboard. Also I still want to make sure I'm wearing that sunscreen especially when going out in the midday sun.
Why not enjoy the sun by sitting out on our deck, and reading a little or maybe even taking my laptop outside or just sitting back and relaxing.
