Day 19- Breakfast

For some reason I just wasn't too thrilled about todays task. My task was to start my morning off with breakfast. And although I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, that it's a good energy boost, increases your metabolism, and makes you less likely to overeat throughout the day etc., my mind keeps telling me it doesn't really care that it's the most important meal of the day.

I don't function very well in the morning, so don't expect me to be going into the kitchen to try and figure out what to eat, and then possibly spend the extra energy putting it together. That's just not going to be happening. After trying to look into breakfast ideas I found that I am stumped. I want to have a nice well-balanced breakfast, but something that is also quick. When I did a search for 'breakfast on the go' everything that these sites showed me had preparation involved. How is preparing breakfast 'breakfast on the go'? That just doesn't make sense to me.

But I will stick with this one. I haven't backed away from a single task or challenge yet. I have been faithful to every single task that I have had, but I do think that this one will take some work to get used to. I think I will have to do a lot of experimenting to find out what really works for me for breakfast, but you know what maybe the experimenting with different foods and ideas is what will make eating breakfast fun for me... Maybe.
