I decided that this is a good way to sneak in a little more activity. There are several things I can do to sneak in a little exercise throughout the day. The first one I already mentioned was moving around while talking on the phone. Some other activities I could do include:
- Doing some simple little exercises while watching TV
- Playing with my kitty cats
- Parking further away
- When at work using the bathroom that's the furthest away
- Using the stairs
I'm sure there are other things I could do, and maybe they'll come to me after a while, but these are just a few little things that can get me a little more active.
