This week has been all about family. The only family members that got ignored this week were my husband and my kitty cats. Yes, I consider my kitty cats a part of my family.
I realized even though I can't be in Wisconsin with my family on a full time basis, it doesn't mean I can't keep in contact with my family better. There's always the phone, email, letters and whatever else. I need to make sure I use these resources to keep in contact with them.
I talk to my mom and dad all the time, but I must admit that's where it ends. I grew up with these people and they are very important to me. They are my family and I need to treat them well.
I came to Wisconsin to see my mom, but I also ended up spending time with many of my other family members too. I will make it my priority to keep in contact better with my family.
